I didn’t grow up without values or work ethic. In fact, growing up on a farm, I learned to work hard, give my best, be real, and think for myself. 

That foundation carried me into leadership roles early in my career; roles I wasn’t fully prepared for.

I experienced the frustration of positional leadership… leading without the tools to truly influence, connect, or bring out the best in others.

So I leaned in. I started studying people, human behavior, communication, and what it really takes to lead well. 

But it wasn’t until everything around me started to fall apart, that I had to face something deeper. 

I wasn’t just struggling with circumstances. I wasn’t leading myself.

That realization changed everything. Not when life got easier, but when I decided I had to change how I was showing up.

I stopped surviving, and chose to become someone who overcomes.

I took responsibility for my habits, my mindset, and my actions. And step by step… I started taking my life back.

What began as a personal journey to rebuild… has become the work I do today. I now help driven people take back the wheel of their life, so they can lead with clarity, courage, and consistent action.
